There are hundreds of decisions to be made throughout the various phases of design and construction — in every single step the homeowner has choices.  Sarah and her team work in concert with the architect, contractor, and homeowner to break down those options in a plainspoken and transparent manner to make sure the outcome is clearly communicated to each party involved, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
